Ingredients

  • Beef600 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Butter40 g
  • Beef broth800 ml
  • Vinegar2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon0.5 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Dutch Hachee, cut onion, beef and beef broth into serving pieces.

Brown beef and beef broth lightly.

Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in butter and vinegar and add cinnamon.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
