Ingredients

  • Beef800 g
  • Onions3 pcs
  • Tomato paste2 tbsp
  • Paprika2 tbsp
  • Broth600 ml
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Oil2 tbsp

Instructions

Cut beef into cubes and brown in batches.

Slice onions and cook until golden.

Add tomato paste, paprika, and garlic, then heat briefly.

Return the meat, pour in broth, and cover.

Braise for 1.5–2 hours until tender.
