Vegetable Stir-Fry
Fast-cooked mixed vegetables with a savory wok sauce.
Ingredients
- Broccoli200 g
- Bell pepper1 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Garlic2 cloves
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Oyster sauce1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Cornstarch1 tsp
Instructions
Mix the sauce from soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil.
Cut the broccoli into florets, slice the pepper into strips, and cut the carrot on the diagonal.
Heat the wok until very hot, then add the oil.
Stir-fry the carrot and pepper for 2 minutes, then add the broccoli and cook for another 2 minutes.
Pour in the sauce, toss, and cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
Serve with rice or noodles.
