Cuban Picadillo

Ingredients

  • Ground beef600 g
  • Tomatoes400 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Bell pepper1 pcs
  • Olives80 g
  • Raisins50 g
  • Cumin1 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Dill15 g

Instructions

For Cuban Picadillo, cut tomatoes, onion, bell pepper and ground beef into serving pieces.

Brown ground beef lightly.

Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in water and add olives, raisins and cumin.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
