- Pork700 g
- Bacon150 g
- Flour450 g
- Lard or butter160 g
- Water180 ml
- Gelatin-rich stock250 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste

Finely chop pork and bacon, then season with salt, pepper, and sage.

For pastry, boil water with lard, pour into flour, and mix quickly.

Press some warm pastry into a tin, forming tall sides.

Fill with meat and cover with a pastry lid.

Bake at 180°C for 60–75 minutes.

After cooling, pour gelatin-rich stock through the hole and chill.
