Ingredients

  • Beef600 g
  • Beef kidneys250 g
  • Onions2 pcs
  • Flour2 tbsp
  • Beef broth500 ml
  • Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
  • Puff pastry400 g
  • Salt1 tsp

Instructions

Dice beef and kidneys and coat with flour.

Brown the meat in batches.

Add onion, broth, and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 1.5 hours.

Cool the filling so the pastry does not soften.

Place filling in a dish and cover with puff pastry.
