- Shortcrust pastry500 g
- Potatoes500 g
- Onions2 pcs
- Cheddar250 g
- Egg1 pcs
- Butter30 g
- Salt1 tsp
Instructions

Boil potatoes until tender and mash roughly.

Slowly fry onions in butter until sweet and soft.

Mix potatoes, onions, and grated cheddar.

Line a pie dish with half the pastry and add filling.
