Ingredients

  • Yeast dough500 g
  • Onions800 g
  • Bacon150 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Eggs3 pcs
  • Caraway seeds0.5 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Slice onions thinly and cook with bacon until soft, without browning too much.

Roll out the dough and place it in a tart pan with sides.

Mix eggs with sour cream, salt, pepper, and caraway.

Spread the onion filling over the dough.
