Ingredients
- Flour300 g
- Butter120 g
- Sugar100 g
- Egg1 pcs
- Milk2 tbsp
- Raisins100 g
- Baking powder1 tsp
Instructions

Mix flour with baking powder and sugar.

Rub in butter until crumbly.

Add raisins, egg, and a little milk.

Roll to 5–7 mm thick and cut rounds.

Cook on a dry or lightly greased griddle for 2–3 minutes per side.
