  • Flour200 g
  • Butter200 g
  • Sugar200 g
  • Eggs4 pcs
  • Baking powder1 tsp
  • Strawberry jam150 g
  • Whipped cream200 g

Instructions

Beat butter with sugar until pale and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, then flour with baking powder.

Divide the batter between two tins.
