Bacalhau à Lagareiro

Baked cod with potatoes, garlic, and plenty of olive oil

Ingredients

  • Cod fillet700 g
  • Potatoes600 g
  • Garlic6 cloves
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Parsley20 g

Instructions

Dry the soaked cod and place it in a baking dish.

Boil small potatoes until partly cooked.

Roast potatoes and cod with plenty of olive oil and garlic cloves.

When the potatoes are tender, lightly crush them with a spoon or palm.

Return to the oven for a few more minutes to brown.

Serve cod with potatoes, garlic oil, and herbs.
