  • Potatoes700 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Cream200 ml
  • Broth or water800 ml
  • Parsley20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Wash the leek thoroughly and slice it into rings; dice the potatoes.

Melt butter in a pot and cook the leek for 5-7 minutes until soft.

Add the potatoes and broth or water.
