Tender German potato dumplings for meat sauces.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes1000 g
  • Potato starch150 g
  • Egg1 pcs
  • Butter30 g
  • Croutons50 g
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Boil potatoes, cool, and mash them.

Add starch, egg, and salt, then mix into a soft dough.

Optionally place a crouton in the center of each dumpling.
