Ingredients

  • Pork900 g
  • Sauerkraut500 g
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Caraway1 tsp
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Broth500 ml
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Cut the pork into large cubes and rub with salt, garlic, and caraway.

Slice the onion and place it in a baking dish.

Put the meat on top and add a little water or broth.

Roast covered at 180°C until tender, basting with juices.

Uncover near the end and brown the meat.

Serve with dumplings, spinach, or stewed cabbage.
