Prepare the Shrimp, Rice: pat dry, cut into portions and make shallow cuts if needed.

Mix the marinade from the spices, acid, oil and aromatic ingredients from the recipe.

Rub the main ingredient with the marinade and leave for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill, pan or oven to a high temperature.

Cook until golden crust and fully done inside, turning as needed.

Let the Piri-Piri Shrimp rest for a few minutes and serve with sauce, salad or rice.
