A simple Polish salad with leek, egg, apple, and mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • Leek1 pcs
  • Eggs4 pcs
  • Apple1 pcs
  • Canned corn150 g
  • Mayonnaise80 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Slice the leek thinly, pour boiling water over it, and cool.

Hard-boil the eggs, peel, and dice them.

Peel and finely dice the apple.

Mix leek, eggs, apple, corn, and mayonnaise.
