Polish Leek and Egg Salad
A simple Polish salad with leek, egg, apple, and mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- Leek1 pcs
- Eggs4 pcs
- Apple1 pcs
- Canned corn150 g
- Mayonnaise80 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions
Slice the leek thinly, pour boiling water over it, and cool.
Hard-boil the eggs, peel, and dice them.
Peel and finely dice the apple.
Mix leek, eggs, apple, corn, and mayonnaise.
Season with salt and pepper and chill for 15 minutes.
Serve as a lunch salad or sandwich filling.
