Tutu de Feijao

Ingredients

  • Cooked beans500 g
  • Cassava flour100 g
  • Bacon150 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Garlic cloves3 cloves
  • Fresh herbs20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Rinse cassava flour, cooked beans, onion and garlic cloves; soak dry legumes and cook until tender.

Chop onion and garlic cloves and saute until soft.

Add bacon, cooked beans, onion, garlic cloves and herbs and pour in water.

Simmer gently until thick.

At the end, stir in garlic cloves and herbs, then season with salt and pepper.

Serve hot.
