Ingredients

  • Filo or strudel dough300 g
  • Apples800 g
  • Raisins80 g
  • Sugar80 g
  • Cinnamon1 tsp
  • Breadcrumbs60 g
  • Butter80 g
  • Cream150 ml

Instructions

Slice apples thinly and mix with sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.

Toast breadcrumbs in some butter until golden.

Lay out the pastry, brush with butter, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Add the apple filling and roll up tightly.

Brush with butter and bake at 190°C for 35–40 minutes.
