  • Pork belly300 g
  • Ground meat or steak400 g
  • Eggs4 pcs
  • Avocado1 pcs
  • Plantains2 pcs
  • Garlic2 cloves

Instructions

Cook the beans until tender and simmer them with onion, garlic, and spices.

Cook the rice separately until fluffy.

Cook the mince or meat with onion and tomatoes until done.

Fry chicharron, sausage, or bacon until crisp if included.
