Beef and Guinness Pie

Ingredients

  • Beef600 g
  • Dark beer300 ml
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Button mushrooms350 g
  • Puff pastry400 g
  • Thyme2 гілочки

Cut beef into cubes, season, and brown.
