- Potatoes700 g
- Wheat flour300 g
- Butter40 g
- Salt1 to taste

Boil the potatoes until tender and mash them.

Add butter, salt, and flour and mix into a soft potato dough.

Shape into a round cake about 1 cm thick.

Cut it into 4 triangles.

Cook the farls on a dry or lightly greased pan for 3-4 minutes per side.
