Ingredients
- Chicken breast700 g
- Peanut butter120 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Curry powder1 tsp
- Lime1 pcs
- Salt1 to taste
- Water500 ml
Instructions

Cook peanut butter in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.

Prepare the sauce: chop aromatics and warm in a pan.

Add chicken breast and cook to the right tenderness.

Stir in coconut milk, soy sauce, curry powder and lime and heat into a smooth sauce.

Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little cooking water for a creamy texture.
