Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced beef500 g
  • Broccoli400 g
  • Soy sauce4 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves3 cloves
  • Starch1 tbsp
  • Oil2 tbsp

Instructions

Slice the beef thinly across the grain.

Marinate it with soy sauce, cornstarch, and a little oil for 15 minutes.

Cut the broccoli into florets and blanch for 1-2 minutes.

Quickly sear the beef in a very hot pan, then set aside.

Fry garlic, add broccoli, return the beef, and pour in a soy and oyster sauce mixture.

Toss until the sauce thickens and serve with rice.
