Beef and Broccoli
A popular chinese home-style dish with thinly sliced beef, broccoli, soy sauce, well suited for a family weekly menu.
Ingredients
- Thinly sliced beef500 g
- Broccoli400 g
- Soy sauce4 tbsp
- Oyster sauce2 tbsp
- Garlic cloves3 cloves
- Starch1 tbsp
- Oil2 tbsp
Instructions
Slice the beef thinly across the grain.
Marinate it with soy sauce, cornstarch, and a little oil for 15 minutes.
Cut the broccoli into florets and blanch for 1-2 minutes.
Quickly sear the beef in a very hot pan, then set aside.
Fry garlic, add broccoli, return the beef, and pour in a soy and oyster sauce mixture.
Toss until the sauce thickens and serve with rice.
