Ingredients

  • Split peas300 g
  • Smoked ribs or brisket300 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Water900 ml
  • Oil1 tbsp
  • Black pepper0.5 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Rinse and soak the split peas, then cook until soft.

Cut the smoked meat into small pieces.

Fry the onion until translucent.

Add the smoked meat and cook for 3-4 minutes to release its aroma.

Mix the fried onion and meat into the pea porridge, then season with pepper and salt if needed.

Warm for another 5 minutes and serve hot.
