Bulgarian meat patties with onion and herbs

Ingredients

  • Pork and beef mince500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Breadcrumbs70 g
  • Parsley20 g
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Finely grate or chop the onion and chop the parsley.

Mix the mince with onion, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Knead the mixture and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Shape round or oval patties.
