Ingredients
- Lamb mince500 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Bell peppers2 pcs
- Paprika2 tsp
- Cumin1 tsp
- Parsley20 g
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions

Very finely chop or grate the onion and bell pepper and squeeze out excess liquid.

Mix the lamb mince with onion, pepper, paprika, cumin, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Knead for 5 minutes and chill for 30 minutes.

Press the meat onto wide skewers or shape long flat patties.
