Ingredients

  • White beans300 g
  • Canned tomatoes400 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Celery stalks2 стебла
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Rinse white beans, canned tomatoes, onion and carrot; soak dry legumes and cook until tender.

Chop onion, carrot and celery stalks and saute until soft.

Add white beans, canned tomatoes, onion, carrot and celery stalks and pour in olive oil.

Simmer gently until thick.
