- Red kidney beans300 g
- Cassava flour250 g
- Bacon150 g
- Sausage250 g
- Egg2 pcs
- Collard greens300 g
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper0.5 tsp

Rinse the legumes and soak them ahead if needed; simply drain canned beans.

Cook the onion, garlic, peppers, or tomatoes until soft.

Add Red kidney beans, Cassava flour, Bacon, Sausage and stir into the aromatic base.

Pour in the water, broth, or coconut milk from the recipe and simmer until tender.

Mash part of the beans if you want a thicker texture.
