Ingredients
- Dried black beans500 g
- Pork500 g
- Smoked sausage300 g
- Bacon150 g
- Onions2 pcs
- Garlic cloves5 cloves
- Bay leaves3 pcs
- Rice for serving300 g
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions

Soak the beans overnight, then rinse.

In a large pot, brown the bacon, sausage, and pork pieces.

Add the onions and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the beans, bay leaves, and enough water to cover by 3–4 cm.

Simmer for 1.5–2 hours until the beans and meat are tender.

Season with salt at the end and serve with rice, greens, and orange wedges.
