Dutch Apple Pie
Deep apple pie with cinnamon and buttery pastry.
Ingredients
- Wheat flour300 g
- Butter40 g
- Sugar100 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Apples3 pcs
- Cinnamon0.5 tsp
- Raisins80 g
- Salt1 tsp
Instructions
Prepare wheat flour, butter, sugar, eggs and apples for Dutch Apple Pie.
Mix the wet and dry components separately, then combine until smooth.
For creamy desserts, heat gently; for dough-based desserts, cook until set or browned.
Add sugar, apples, cinnamon and raisins at the right moment: into the mixture, filling, or for serving.
Let the dessert cool, set, or rest briefly.
