Ingredients

  • Beef600 g
  • Beef broth800 ml
  • Butter40 g
  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Breadcrumbs80 g
  • Mustard1 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Chop the ingredients and prepare beef, beef broth and eggs.

Mix with wheat flour, breadcrumbs and mustard, salt, and pepper.
