Ingredients
- Kale800 g
- Smoked sausage300 g
- Potatoes500 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Broth300 ml
- Lard or oil2 tbsp
- Mustard1 tbsp
Instructions

Rinse kale, remove tough stems, and chop it.

Fry onion in lard or oil.

Add kale and broth, then braise for 30 minutes.

Boil potatoes separately or add them diced to the kale.

Place sausage on top and heat for 15 minutes.

Serve with mustard and boiled potatoes.
