Ingredients

  • Pork500 g
  • Potatoes600 g
  • Eggplants2 pcs
  • Bell peppers2 pcs
  • Canned tomatoes400 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Paprika2 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Broth or water400 ml

Instructions

Cut the meat into pieces and brown it.

Cut onion, pepper, eggplant, zucchini, and potatoes into large chunks.

Layer meat, vegetables, tomatoes, and spices in a clay dish or pot.

Add a little water or broth and season with salt.

Bake covered at 180°C until the meat and vegetables are tender.
