- Kassler or smoked pork loin700 g
- Sauerkraut700 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Apple1 pcs
- Broth300 ml
- Caraway seeds0.5 tsp
Instructions

Fry the onion until soft.

Add sauerkraut, apple, caraway, and broth.

Place the Kassler on top of the cabbage.
