Ingredients

  • Beef600 g
  • Eggplants2 pcs
  • Milk300 ml
  • Butter40 g
  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Hard cheese180 g
  • Tomato paste2 tbsp
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Garlic2 cloves

Instructions

Roast eggplants over flame or in the oven until soft and smoky.

Peel the eggplants and finely chop the flesh.

Cut lamb or beef into cubes and brown with onion.

Add tomatoes, garlic, and spices and simmer until tender.

Mix eggplant with bechamel and grated cheese into a smooth creamy base.

Serve the meat stew over the eggplant base.
