Baked French dessert with cherries in a tender batter

- Wheat flour250 g
- Milk300 ml

- Vanilla1 tsp
Instructions
Prepare cherries, wheat flour, milk, eggs and sugar for Cherry Clafoutis.
Mix the wet and dry components separately, then combine until smooth.
For creamy desserts, heat gently; for dough-based desserts, cook until set or browned.
Add cherries, sugar, vanilla and milk at the right moment: into the mixture, filling, or for serving.
Let the dessert cool, set, or rest briefly.
