- Cornmeal220 g
- Wheat flour120 g
- Milk250 ml
- Eggs2 pcs
- Butter70 g
- Baking powder2 tsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Sugar1 tsp
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a baking dish.
Mix cornmeal, wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Whisk eggs with milk or buttermilk and melted butter separately.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring only until moistened.
Pour the batter into the dish and level it.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and a skewer comes out clean.
