Instructions
Mix or ferment the batter from the grains, flour, legumes, or liquid in the recipe.
Prepare the filling or serving elements from Egg, Soy sauce, Sesame oil if needed.
Heat a pan and grease it lightly.
Pour the batter thinly or more thickly depending on the dish.
Cook until browned on one or both sides and set in the center.
