Simple fish soup with potatoes, carrots, and dill

  • White fish500 g
  • Potatoes600 g
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Dill20 g
  • Fish broth800 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Dice the potatoes, carrot, and onion.

Bring the fish broth to a boil and add the vegetables.

Cook for 12-15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

Cut the white fish into large pieces and add to the soup.
