Lazanki with Cabbage
Polish square noodles tossed with cabbage, mushrooms, and onion.
Ingredients
- Lazanki or short pasta300 g
- White cabbage500 g
- Mushrooms250 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Oil2 tbsp
- Marjoram1 tsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions
Boil lazanki or another short pasta until al dente.
Shred the cabbage and stew with a little water until soft.
Slice the mushrooms and fry with onion until golden.
Add the cabbage to the mushrooms and season with salt, pepper, and marjoram.
Mix with the pasta and heat together for 3–4 minutes.
Serve as a main dish or as a side for meat.
