Polish-Style Leczo

A Polish-style vegetable stew with peppers, sausage, zucchini, and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • Smoked sausage250 g
  • Bell peppers3 pcs
  • Zucchini1 pcs
  • Canned tomatoes400 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Paprika1 tsp
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Slice the sausage and brown it well.

Fry the onion in the same pot until soft.

Add bell pepper and zucchini; cook for 5 minutes.

Pour in tomatoes and add paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Return the sausage and simmer for 20 minutes until thick.

Serve with bread, rice, or potatoes.
