Mizeria Cucumber Salad
A classic Polish cucumber salad with sour cream and dill.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers3 pcs
- Sour cream150 g
- Dill15 g
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Sugar0.5 tsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions
Slice the cucumbers very thinly.
Salt them and rest for 10 minutes, then drain excess liquid.
Mix sour cream with lemon juice, sugar, pepper, and dill.
Add the cucumbers to the dressing and stir gently.
Chill for 10–15 minutes for a fresh taste.
Serve with cutlets, potatoes, or meat dishes.
