Scallion Pancakes

- Spring onion80 g
- Sesame oil2 tbsp
- Oil4 tbsp
- Salt1 tsp
Instructions
Prepare flour, hot water, spring onion, sesame oil and oil for Scallion Pancakes.
Mix the wet and dry components separately, then combine until smooth.
For creamy desserts, heat gently; for dough-based desserts, cook until set or browned.
Add salt, sesame oil and oil at the right moment: into the mixture, filling, or for serving.
Let the dessert cool, set, or rest briefly.
Serve in portions.
