  • Clams400 g
  • Potatoes600 g
  • Dry white wine150 ml
  • Paprika1 tsp
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Parsley15 g
  • Bay leaves2 pcs
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Dry wine150 ml
  • Pickles40 g

Instructions

Cut pork into cubes and marinate with garlic, paprika, bay leaf, and white wine.

Cut potatoes into cubes and fry or roast until golden.

Brown the pork, then add some marinade and simmer until tender.

Add clams or seafood at the end if included and cook until they open.
