Polish Potato Pancakes with Mushroom Sauce
Crispy Polish potato pancakes served with creamy mushroom sauce.
Ingredients
- Potatoes800 g
- Onions2 pcs
- Egg1 pcs
- Flour2 tbsp
- Oil5 tbsp
- Mushrooms300 g
- Cream200 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions
Finely grate potatoes and onion, then drain excess liquid.
Add egg, flour, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
Fry thin pancakes in hot oil until crisp.
For the sauce, fry mushrooms with onion until browned.
Add cream, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Serve the pancakes immediately with mushroom sauce.
