Polish Beet Salad
A simple Polish beet salad with apple and horseradish.
Ingredients
- Beets4 pcs
- Apple1 pcs
- Grated horseradish1 tbsp
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Oil1 tbsp
- Sugar0.5 tsp
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions
Boil or roast the beets until tender, then cool and peel them.
Grate the beets and apple coarsely.
Add grated horseradish, lemon juice, salt, and a pinch of sugar.
Drizzle with a little oil and mix well.
Chill for 20 minutes to brighten the flavor.
Serve with meat, cutlets, or potatoes.
