Ingredients

  • Beef900 g
  • Coconut milk600 ml
  • Lemongrass2 стебла
  • Ginger30 g
  • Chilies2 pcs
  • Onions2 pcs
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Fresh ginger1 tsp

Instructions

For Beef Rendang, cut onions and beef into serving pieces.

Brown beef lightly.

Add onions and cook for 3-5 minutes.
