Bakso

Ingredients

  • Ground beef500 g
  • Tapioca starch80 g
  • Beef broth1200 ml
  • Wheat noodles200 g
  • Spring onion30 g
  • Salt1 tsp
  • Black pepper0.5 tsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp

Instructions

Cut Ground beef, Tapioca starch, Beef broth, Wheat noodles; separately prepare the aromatic base with spices, garlic, or ginger.

In a pot, cook the base in oil or fat if that fits the recipe.

Add the main ingredients and cover with water, broth, or the coconut base from the recipe.

Simmer until the protein, grains, or vegetables are tender.

At the end add herbs, noodles, sour seasoning, or dairy if included.

Adjust the salt and serve hot without adding ingredients outside the recipe.
