  • Beef roasting joint1200 g
  • Flour150 g
  • Eggs3 pcs
  • Milk200 ml
  • Oil or beef dripping4 tbsp
  • Potatoes800 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Rub beef with salt and pepper and roast to your preferred doneness.
