- Rice250 g
- Smoked sausage150 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Broth700 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Bay leaves2 pcs

Cook or braise the duck with onion, carrot, bay leaf, and salt until tender.

Remove the meat from the bones and shred it; strain the broth.

Fry rice with onion, then cook it in duck broth until partly done.

Layer rice, duck, and more rice in a baking dish.

Top with slices of sausage or bacon if included.
